We are accepting and reviewing Recovery claims today. Payouts begin once the IRS issues qardon.org's 501(c)(3) determination letter (typically 6 to 12 months from filing). Calamity strikes

Vehicle is wrecked, home is damaged, medical emergency, asset is lost. You file a Recovery claim with the facts and documentation.

Claim review

The Recovery Review Committee verifies the calamity (police report, insurance claim if any, medical records, photos of damage). Standard verification — not interrogation.

Payout from the fund

Approved claims are paid from the Recovery Fund — funded by investment yield on the lending pool plus contributions specifically earmarked for Recovery. Payout depends on fund availability; may be partial, may be full.
